So beginnt eines der bekanntesten Weihnachtslieder. Zum Fest sind unsere Herzen voller Dankbarkeit für all die wundervollen Momente, die wir gemeinsam mit unseren Lieben und besonderen Menschen verbringen dürfen. Doch wir sind in Gedanken auch bei den Familien, die ihre herzkranken Kinder, Geschwister und Freunde nur noch in Erinnerungen bei sich haben können.
Wir danken allen von Herzen, die uns auf diesem oft beschwerlichen Weg unterstützen und wünschen allen Herz-Menschen ein besinnliches, friedliches Weihnachtsfest und Gesundheit für 2019!
Gemeinsam wollen wir auch im 7. Jahr von Fontanherzen e. V. durchstarten und uns weiterhin deutschlandweit mit Ärzten, Mitgliedern und Unterstützern für die Herzforschung starkmachen.
